By installing or using ListingHQ (the "App") for GoHighLevel, available at listinghq.co, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App in your GoHighLevel sub-account(s) for as long as your subscription is active and you are in compliance with these terms.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the App, resell access to it, use it to violate any law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC), or use it to send unsolicited messages.
You are responsible for: maintaining valid accounts with Ylopo, IDX Addons, Follow Up Boss, and AI Assistantz as needed; ensuring your messaging campaigns comply with applicable laws; and obtaining consent from your contacts before sending them communications.
The App integrates with third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or changes those services make to their APIs. If Ylopo or any other service materially changes their integration, we'll do our best to update the App but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Support is provided via email at scott@scottlehrrealtor.com. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the App will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You can uninstall the App at any time from your GHL settings. We can terminate your access for breach of these terms with reasonable notice.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
