This Privacy Policy describes how ListingHQ, operated by The Home Owners Listing Team at RESF ("we", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you install or use our GoHighLevel Marketplace application (the "App") available at listinghq.co.
When you install the App, GoHighLevel grants us access to the following data within your sub-account, scoped to the OAuth permissions you approve:
We additionally receive webhook events from Ylopo, IDX Addons, and Follow Up Boss containing lead activity (property views, favorites, showing requests).
We use this data exclusively to:
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest in our serverless backend. Contact data passes through our servers in transit but is not persisted beyond what's needed to deliver each request. Webhook events are logged for up to 30 days for debugging purposes, then deleted.
When you uninstall the App from a sub-account, we deactivate your OAuth tokens immediately. The custom fields and contact data we created in your GHL account remain in your account — they are yours. To request full deletion of any logs we hold, email scott@scottlehrrealtor.com.
The App connects you to: Ylopo, IDX Addons, Follow Up Boss, and AI Assistantz. Each of those services has its own privacy policy that governs the data they hold. We only relay data between them per your configuration.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit, OAuth 2.0 for all authentication, signed webhook verification, and least-privilege scopes. We do not store payment information.
You can revoke our access at any time by uninstalling the App from your GHL location. For GDPR/CCPA data requests, contact scott@scottlehrrealtor.com.
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
